Here is a rig pic. I got this to go with my Spector!
Very nice!!! Do you stack em for gigs or split em on opposite sides of the stage?

Aha!!! Recognize that NS-2JAR!
THIS is Customer Service at it's best! .....

Also, from SPECTOR Club Part.... Under a pic of what I believe is black NS2000/4...

"I ordered a red one in 2000 and the music store called me later that day and persuaded me that a black one happened to be available right then for me to have.
I already have a red Rickenbacker, so I said OK to that, and then several days went by.
Finally I get a call from Stuart Spector himself, apologizing that he took the bass that was intended for me to do a show in Germany. He then made sure that a black bass was on its way to me. That's a guy who knows his customer service."

Stuart Spector himself
Wow! That's classy! I keep praying that my new Forte4 doesn't accidentally end up in NAMM. lol

Nice! Who is that?
In part 20 pg. 53 whose Orange Legend 5 with Orange amp?
I'm contemplating buying a 12" Orange amp combo. Anyone play thru an Orange???

Here's something I thought I'd never say...

It looks like I might be trading for a Spector Mike Kroeger Signature 5 string. I've got somewhat mixed feelings about this. On one hand it is a 5 string Spector which is a good thing. On the other hand it's a guy's sig model of a band I don't care for.

If I end up digging this bass, I'm curious if I can cover the "M" inlay as I think it looks tacky. Love the double "S" at the 12th fret though.

If I don't dig it, anyone interested in buying it. :D

Oh RIGHT!!! :hyper: I've been waiting for someone here to be the first to buy a Michael Kroeger! :bassist: That bass has always intrigued me! Seriously, I almost pulled the trigger in buying that one vs. the Forte 5. I like what I hear on his videos but there wasn't enough solos done by Mike to make that commitment. Also nobody here has bought one to give a report on it. If that color midnight blue, that'll be killer bro!!!! I prefer the NT USA model vs the bolt-on. Which model are you thinking of?
See for me, since my name is Mike, I thought how cool that be to have my initials on the FB! :D Or vain? :p The double S on the 12th definately rocks!!!
I would love to hear some sound clips! :bassist:

The new one looks awesome!!!...Is it Sam's old bass?

you know it! we have deemed it to be Lima's bass since madbassplay didn't own it long enough to claim ownership....lol

I'd be interested in hearing how you like that bass.... ironically i saw in an interview that he actually plays a US version of his bass and not the production "professional series" one...

Played a gig Sat night and was using Brownie. I had my Spector shirt on for the gig bc I already had it on from the day and it was going to be a truncated set for us anyway so I didn't dress too fancy...

After the show I had a guy come up and go "Hey are you endorsed by Spector??" I was like haha no but in my mind I am! :D My toane ruled as always.

Brownie-> Mesa M9-> Mesa PH212 cab :bassist:
