Yes it is and I went in real low so Im not holding my breath.

You should ask Lima what it will sell for...... he was within $50 of a bass I was looking at... and has nailed other predictions.... lol

Ha! You don't reeeeally think we don't know about either of the two newest tasty offerings on the Bay... do You? <evil laugh>:eyebrow:

LOL we own these interwebs....

you know it! we have deemed it to be Lima's bass since madbassplay didn't own it long enough to claim ownership....lol

Watch it bro, I still have to send the bass to you! :eyebrow:

The bass plays and sounds incredible. And the GHS Progressives are wonderful on it. I'm just too used to a 5 string. :hmm:

I'd be interested in hearing how you like that bass.... ironically i saw in an interview that he actually plays a US version of his bass and not the production "professional series" one...

Yea, that's the way a lot of "Signature" artist are. That doesn't surprise me.

Ding ding ding ding

We HAAAAAAAAVE a WINNER!!! - said like at the carnival game. :D

Yea, Nino is a fan of Spectors, as far as I know.

Check him out here:

ya I know a lot of "signature" artist do that.... just kinda makes me mad... kind of like false advertising... I saw in an interview that you can get sued for that(people are ridiculous)... don't know how true it was... who was it that was saying that?...... I think it was Billy Sheehan, I thought it was interesting...

Ooooooo...Here's a good one.. 1988 NS-2.
Was owned by Mark Evans of AC-DC...

Lawsuit? There would be no basis for such a lawsuit.

depending how it was marketed, there could be a basis (not that I agree with it) I.E. "Guy N Cognito plays his Legend signature bass "the shadow" " but in reality you play a Euro that is a clone of "the shadow" .... it would probably be on the manufacturer tho, not the artist... JMHO

He does. If you've seen one Billy Sheehan interview, you've pretty much seen them all. :p

I've seen the same topics covered in a 2 minute interview and a 10 minute interview... lol :D

Ah! Finally! zI found a pic of Superflybass's FINISHED 5'er!!! DING DING DING DING....

They do sell a US version also which seems to have a bunch of different options on it. You can get it neck-through or a bolt on and can also get it with the USA 9V circuit installed as well.

I believe Mike uses a completely passive one if I am not mistaken but I haven't really seen any clips of him playing it to be honest. I wouldn't mind trying one of those out but I am not a fan of passive basses but that is just me.
