I like the high picture/post ratio myself.

Well in that case

I will take the one on the left....:)

Wow, the one on the left looks great!:bassist:
My Spector goal this year will be a Euro 5LX... Maybe if I sell my F*****r, which I never play anymore anyway. And maybe get a job or something like that.

I have seen and played that Euro 5LX. That color is amazing in person.

Looking at the Spector website it doesn't show a gloss blue finish as an available option as an option for the Euro, only Blue/Black Burst and a matte Blue Stain... Is that color not available anymore?

Wow! I didn't realize there was so much love for my blue Euro 5LX :D This was my first Spector I ever bought/played and it was done sight unseen. When I plugged that baby in for the first time, the smile on my face should have been photographed. Not sure if I could ever sell this one since it has so much sentimental value but hey, you never know :ninja:

Really? There's a long-standing tradition of lovin' some SPECTOR Porn in this thread... so post all the pictures you want of your two beautiful basses!

Yeah, I think it was one cranky person that mentioned it but you're right, I and others should keep posting :)

Me too. I bought my Euro5LX sight unseen from Bass Central. I new the tone I wanted was lots of growl with plenty of bottom and a clear, singing top end. I knew that's what SPECTOR was know for so I jumped in. The Euro5LX was all that and more. I'm a very happy camper.

Delucajohn, I love that blue stain everytime I see it. That was actually the finish mine was supposed to be (after the green was backordered forever), but blue/black is cool too....

Rick, that is probably the finest cherry finished Spector I've seen. Beautiful.

Icebox, congrats on the new Forte!

Clearwave, Jarod, and any other AL Spector guys: Congrats on a dominant game last night!

Here's my old standby. Hopefully when Part 24 starts up, it'll have a partner in the pic!

If I wasn't getting a blue LE I think I'd have to go for a EUro with that blue finish - so pretty.

The conundrum I have is I've always loved the look of the original NS-2, but I don't have any real use for a 4-string anymore. The only possibility is setting it up BEAD but if I did that I'd want 35" scale, and AFAIK the NS-2 is not available in 35" scale - only the Euro4-35.

If I was still in my Queensryche tribute I'd have probably tried to get matching back and white ones by now. :)

You sir, are one lucky SOB! :D :bassist:
I'm amazed your back to posting this soon. How on earth did you manage to put the forte down long enough?

Hehe thanks! I decide to do my photo OP while the Forte was warming to the house temp. When I opened the case and picked it up it was cold. I don't plug in cold electronic...not a good practice.
I played last night until I almost fell a sleep on my stool. I have to get up at 3:30am for work...I was dragging this morning!

Yeah but it's still a gorgeous looking premo bass!
You are welcom Daniel! :)

I think that everyone that buys a new SPECTOR bass could get a free SPECTOR tee-shirt thrown in the case too!
How about it? What do you guys think?
