White NS2J AR got here today.....COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! different sounding than the others LOVE IT!

Yes they are a bit of a different beast then other Spectors, but still sounding great as usual. :bassist:

I wish I could have heard mine with Tonepump or Haz in it, it growled with just the BT circuit.

That ad on ebay said it had a Tonepump? Does it? or is there a BT circuit in it?

I think bassie is putting a TP in his...

Ice,

The pics look great, the snow contrasts nicely and that FB is amazing!!!

I've been playing email tag with PJ for over a week now... and after going from a Forte6... to a NS-6H2.. with all the specs I was looking/asking for.. I became apparent that what I was really trying to achieve was a Spector NS-6XL... so hopefully tomorrow I can officially say I'll be on the waiting list for a new NS-6XL :hiding:

This was the first time I had ever seen the NS2J
Fool In Love - FARRENHEIT MTV - YouTube
Big fan of these guys. Have most of their CD's and have talked with Charlie Farren many times. I'm surprised to see David Heit (Hull) using the Spector as I've never seen him use anything but Fender/Fender style basses.
Maybe it was a video thing.

For those of you that find the voice familiar, they were the rest of the Joe Perry Project.

What did you want that the Forte didn't offer?

Aside from getting a forte with an 18v... It was mainly all the aesthetic options I was asking for turned the bass more and more in a ns-6xl in looks and price lol

I get picky when it comes to basses and I knew if I was going to get a new USA and this "I should have spent the extra couple hundred and gotten -blank-"

Kinda fun with the Spector...There was a live video from Dallas from the 8o's that had him playing something else...looked like a Kramer...

WOW! Your Forte looks SWEEEET! It might be the natural light, but your FB looks so much lighter and more red than mine!

I desperately need to take mine out and get some good pics for posting! ...I believe you have inspired me to do just that on the next nice day here in rainy TN. :bassist:

Thanks! :D. I had been wondering why my Forte 4 didn't have as nice maple flaming as others had...it's there...it's all in the lighting...the right lighting draws it out!

Ice,
Looking good, you let that young man go out in the snow with no jacket on?;)

Oh wait you are iceboxbass its ok. :D ;)

Some Pau Ferro looks much lighter then others.

His looks much lighter then mine also.

P.S. I actually like the lighter better, it reminds me of the Kramer NS-2's :bassist:
Lol! It was 50+• and a lot of sunshine bouncing off the snow...I think I might of gotten a tan even. Haha! I love the way the sunlight brought out the Pau Ferro grains.

Something's wrong with the dirt where you live. Its all white.

Haha! Yeah it fell out of the sky at 1.5" per hour last Friday night for total of 24". It's going away fast now though. Haha

Jaymi...congrats on your NS-2 JAR!!

Worshiprocker...thank you! I had a blast taking the photos! Photography is my first creativity love. I started taking the pics on the walkway and then It suddenly dawned on me about using the snow for contrast backdrop. Haha!

Chris...congrats on your NS-6XL purchase! That'll be an awesome bass! What wings are you selecting?
