Funny how a lifelong Fender guy is associated with Spector because of one tour. Such a striking instrument. I was already familiar with Spectors then, but I think I'd only seen natural finishes up to that point, including a fretless one a guy here in Chicago played. Wish I could remember his name...

I'd say it is an NS-5.

Bridge looks like a euro bridge though. I may be mistaken. The us bridges are plated and square. Looks like an NS5 from the controls. Need to see the back of the headstock, and a close up of the bridge.

he said it's hand-signed on the back by Stuart, so am thinking it's a legit US-model.

SSD's NS-5's had that bridge I believe.....

It is. SSD era with 18v Haz.
