You need another custom Euro (white, plum, peacock or burl, maybe Wimbish or Hill model) with a Haz pre.
Nothing against the Forte, it's just that satin black & no inlay = very plain Jane, especially compared to your beautiful Greenie.
:D

I was thinking a peacock dougie with a haz actually.

I played an Ian hill the other day, didn't care for the neck at all.

That's because like me (and WilsonMusic), you have good taste.

They do feel a tad narrow. I was hoping for a neck profile like the Ian Hill when I bought "Whitey", my first Euro, but I've gotten used to the standard Euro profile, so that's what feels best to me now.

$2000? Like *** mate? LOL

I just got the Apogee Jam and messing around with Garage Band on my phone. I hope to put up clips soon. I have Audacity and a Tascam USB, but had so many latency issues with Windows 7. I might have to break down and get a Mac or iPad.

let me know how you like it, I have been thinking about getting that to use with my ipad

Here's a cover of Freddie Washington's bass line on Forget Me Nots by Patrice Rushen. NS-2A, flat EQ, P pickup soloed, into Apogee Jam, into iPhone Garageband. Used the 'Clean' amp with a little mid-scoop and slight compression. Then looped it in Audacity. I think it came out a little distorted.

Still, not bad for 30 mins work, lol.

Sounds great, I don't think its distorted at all.

And you just starting using and recording with Apogee Jam, into iPhone Garageband?

We will be expecting lots of future clips from you sir. :bassist: :D
