alright guys!!!

I just sold my *insert non-spector brand here* and am looking for an nice Euro with solid wood wings and a natural finish.

If anyone knows the location of said bass, PLEASE let me know!!

I am looking for one similar to the one Jaymi owned a few weeks back if that helps!

Interesting. I only adjust my Euro5LX neck seasonally. Here in D.C. it goes from waaaaay humid in the summer to real dry in the winter. Now my old one piece maple neck SR5 was nearly a daily adjustment. Seriously, that thing would expand and contract with the moisture like a noodle.

Same here. I think we have the same type of climate - humid summer, dry winter. I don't think I've touched the neck on my first Euro 5LX since I got it in 2010, and my later ones I only touched to set them up initially.

Now, my 2 90's Carvins have always moved around like crazy. My Stingray's don't do too badly but I do adjust them more foten than the Spectors.

Jaymi - if you're refering to a Spectorcore 5 string, that would be me. Still looking for one but don't like the amberburst color so no luck yet. But that's ok, I need to sell off some gear first anyway. If anyone is looking for a killer rare color Stingray 5H (Egyptian Smoke Silver) or a Thunderfunk 420 or a Bergantino HT322 (fantastic match for a Spector) or an ultra rare mint condition Reverend Rumblefish 5L let me know. I'll be joining the TB supporting member ranks in the next couple of weeks and will be listing them for sale soon but Spector club always gets the first strike.

I've learned one must move swiftly 'round these parts. :)

It's been on my list to try. I already have an RBI and RPM, so we'll see how I feel about the SVP in comparison. It will be mostly for recording purposes. If I don't hang on to it I will definitely post here first to let you all know.

So you snagged the SVP??? That's a nice one! I was about to pull the trigger when I read this post! You DO have to move quick 'round these here parts! :ninja:

Well its official, the bug had bitten and after work today my precision and fretless are going on the block. I've only been playing the NS-94, and the almighty GAS god is telling me to raise funding for more Spector goodness.

Can anyone tell me if a rebop is a significant step up from the ns-94, or if I owe it to myself to wait and go for the whole neck through experience?

congrats on the purchase sale... I have a feeling you both are grinning ear to ear.

I have some news also... I just got off the phone with Mr.Bassie and his CRFM will be coming to me soon. I want to tell everybody that if you ever get a chance to deal with Joe, DO IT. He is a joy to talk to and is passionate about these instruments. This will be my 2nd bass from Joe and both basses will be my stage/studio basses (the Jade CRFM was used on my bands upcoming album). Here are some teasers.... the serial numbers are 75 apart.... that has got to be a good thing \m/ :bassist:
