What this man says is the truth!..Especially the "acoustic" part. Kramers staying put as advised by my tech.

Okay, weird problem, the new NS-2 sounds as awesome as can be, then this afternoon it starts fading out, then nothing, like the battery died. I pulled off the control cavity, remember I said the battery came loose? Turns out that the little post for the battery (negative post I think) broke off. I can't find it. If you look at the pictures, you can see the broken post.

Ideas how to fix it? I know I can get a 9 volt cap with wire leads and wire it, but would like to keep it as close to original looking as I can.

If you contact HAZ they can put the new post on there for you. You will need to pull the circuit out of the bass and send it to them. They are usually very fast. You might want to email them or call them to work out payment details before it is sent. Here is thei information.

Just checking in with the club to see how everyone's been doing. I recently picked up a fret less stingray 5H and although I love the bass, I'm really missing the two pickup volume controls like I have on my euro. When I first got the Ray my bandmates were loving it and the tone, but I've done some tweaking with my RBI and my Euro 5 and have got such a nice ballsy tone I'm thinking of looking for another Euro 5 or Rebop 5 fretted or fretless, though I'd like to give a Spector fretless a try. Might anyone be interested in a trade plus cash from either side?

what guage of strings do y'all use on your Euro 4? I just restrung the white Euro 4 I got with my typical 45-105 daddario that I use on EVERYTHING I have, in particular my Fenders. I'm getting quite a bit of fret buzz above the 12th fret, especially on the G string, with these strings. Just wondering if I have to use an uber light guage to get my action down where I like it. I don't have this issue with my Fenders. Any suggestions appreciated.
