Either this week or next...PJ told me it should before the end of this month. :) Every time I see the UPS truck in my neighborhood I keep saying," you got my bass, you got my bass"? Lol This time has seemed like a very long time! Argh! Not having a 5r is driving me nuts too! :scowl:

Thx. That should do it for my GAS. If not, I am in deep trouble.;)

Went in and paid for a big chunk of the Fodera this afternoon. It hurt, but I have always wanted a Fodera, Spector USA and a MTD USA. After almost a decade of buying and selling, I think I have all the tones in my head covered.

Next stop... Get my head examined.:help:

I have a friend that got his Fodera this summer and has had nothing but issues. First bad Pups, then somthing else I forgot, and now a crack in the body or neck. I wonder if anyone else has any issues with them. It is a very pretty bass though.

I wish I didn't see those. It might be worth a drive for me to check them out.

Both of them seem to have finish problems. They must have come from same person.

First I have heard of issues like this with Foderas and I have been following them on TB and other sites for years and know a few owners.

Having said that, it would totally suck to pay so much for a bass and not be stupidly happy.

For example.... Worst amp (and best sounding) i have ever owned in 25+ years of playing was was a Mesa M9 (2 of them). They were totally unreliable and $1600! I guess you can get expensive lemons too!

I hear ya! Mines has an ETA of the end of the month too. Jo Ann is out for a week so nothings shipping this week out of NY. My guess is both will go out next week.
