SPECTOR® Club - Part 61

Even though the sound guy was very good, I missed the "Spector mid punch........" There ya go, I said it. Don't get me wrong........the sound was good.......but not cutting with the basses. SO......there ya go! Spector related.......in the fact that I some of the players in these four bands had more cut..........especially since there were dual guitars with HIGH GAIN.......

ya the only time I really like a Pbass is through 2 Ampeg CL rigs one dirty one clean, and that only really works with one guitarist or a really good sound guy.

The first shipment was due in a month ago, but they haven't seen it the last time I talked to PJ (2 weeks ago).

Euro bridges dont fit Korean bass correct ? Id like to swap the hardware in the rex to gold.

Regarding the Coda Pro basses - I was wondering the same thing and emailed PJ a couple of days ago - his answer was "first Coda Pro shipment is on the water en route to North America. should be in stock and ready to go later this month."

Looking forward to one of these for myself, thinking a Trans Black 4 is in order.

Definitely in a wall of high gain.........
And in Nashville, correct me if I'm wrong, don't even bother showing up for a recording session without a Fender. :rolleyes: Someday they'll catch on. :ninja:

Clutch and The Sword had great bass tones at the National all Ricks and Fenders at that show. I really think that it has to do with the type of music in how the bass is mixed.

I've personally played several brands of bass on that stage and am pretty sure they worked.........

Sorry I forgot Coop has be to that venue too! Didn't mean to leave ya out man! :D

Never heard a sound guy give anything but compliments about a Spector. That growl and punch in the mids is a favorite, and the bottom end is solid, present and articulate. Always get compliments from the sound guy about making his life easy. lol. " Wait, your playing a Spector, through an SVT? OH! this is gonna be awesome!" lol

I've been insanely busy over the past 2 weeks and things are just going to get busier for me in preparation for this...

Over the course of the next couple of months I will be in the studio recording my Trailight debut album!
I have a few guest appearances one which I can already announce: Ash Pearson from the band 3 Inches of Blood will be doing 4 tracks for me (the ones with the more intricate double kick parts). Other guests are still to confirm...

I am hoping to get everything done by mid August and release shortly after in physical CD form and on iTunes etc...
