Hi, sorry for being a little off topic but, do u think the DB 112 NT can be a versatile cab (I cover all kinds of rock, funk, soul and modern music) with the right equalization provided with the bass or the amp (TH 350 in this case), despite its lack of a tweeter? Is it easy to carry around? THnxs and all my empathy to u man!

With a tone hammer and that cariety of stuff.....I would consider the tweeter....or standard db112.....you can kill the tweet or add sizzle......so the db112 is more versatile. For the sound in my head I could get away with out the tweet.

Oh yes, that fdeck HPF is thee gigging bass player's secret. A must in your tool box. Bad room acoustics are a thing of the past.

Works great paired with a Gamma pad for hollow stages.

I experienced the Spector goodness that you describe last night! Add a Mesa M6 and a pair of Aguilars: DB112 and DB112NT and I found BLISS......

I was wondering about the M6/Aguilar cab sound. I love Mesa amps, but I really like the look and size of those DB112s.

I just bought an RH450 and love it. Of course, I don't play out and use it only in my house so I am a bit limited with my info but hearing his tone with his Euro on the Steven Wilson Blu-Ray from Mexico just floored me.

There are so many cool features on that head which you cannot go wrong with and when I got it, they gave me the foot pedal for free which is like a $150 value. It's just very convenient to be able to switch between 3 different settings just by hitting a button so for that alone, makes it worth it.

Hey guys! Still taking new members??

Here's my recently purchased Rebop 4 MM, you just don't know what I had to go thru to get my hands on this beauty (nothing illegal of course), I'll just say that it involved barely making it from a tornado, begging to a sour exgirlfriend to use her credit card, and arguing with a narrow minded flight attendant for an hour to bring it on a plane. Played my JA-R live for the first time tonight. Weird situation, because it was a four band, one set each, thing, and I didn't use my own rig.
But I'm pretty certain I'm gonna need a three band preamp for it. Also for my rebop. My legend 4 pj (old one) is currently my go to bass, just because of my craving for strong high- mids. Guess I'm gonna have to go with three band pre's. now to decide between emg and Aguilar...
