Watch out where the huskies go...
Agree completely. That's a very uncool move. :scowl:
And this is after we helped him with all his questions about buffing out / restoring the matte finish.

Is this what I think it is?

I had a Euro4 once with the 18v and a kill switch. That switch was pretty handy. Didn't have to pull the plug every time I put it down.

So it is set up as volume, treble, bass, active/passive in the switches?
HUMMM...I guess he wound up not liking the bass after all!
I hope they come out with a Coda pro 5 p-bass with a maple finger board. That would be an amazing bass for sure!
Like it, or not, the dude's trying to make a profit on the sale.Totally uncool. And the worst part is that he didn't put it on here, probably because he knows he'd be flamed for it.

I don't hold any ill will towards Ho, if you gotta sell a bass you gotta sell a bass. He put a lot of effort in that bass so if he wants to sell it for a profit thats cool. I think he did try to sell it here on TB for a reasonable price and that's cool too.
I just get torqued when someone buys a bass with the express intent of immediately flipping it for significant profit. Those actions show no respect for the equipment or the bass playing community and only further reduce the chance that some very deserving PLAYER can financially obtain the bass of their dreams.
Life is all about karma - love and be loved or screw and be screwed!
It's not Ho selling it, this time. Ho sold it, this guy had it for like a week & is now trying to flip it at a profit. -_-
Yep, saw that. Just wanted to make sure people weren't coming down on Ho also since he did nothing wrong. The eBay flipper is the problem. I'll be surprised if he gets anywhere near his asking price on the bay.

Ho sold the bass to a guy who joined this club last week and he was asking how to correct the finish. I guess he wound up not liking it as much as he told us, good luck to him with his ebay venture because it sounds like knowbody from this club wants it at his marked up price. To tell the truth, I have basses in my collection that I found at a great deal, years ago, that I have seen on ebay for 4X the amount I paid and I would want todays value for these basses...not saying that he will ever get his asking price but who would know!!!
In with my pair!

Jason from BSO just put up a demo of the new D'addario Flexsteel strings. Kinda like a warmer version of Prosteels (to my ears) check it out:
