Yep. Neck pickup leads to be swapped.Swap the neck pickup leads. The NS2A Korean preamp doesn't have the leads swap opposite like the other clones and the US 9v circuit have.
I am very frustrated right now. I had a buyer for my Rebop here On TB only to have him make an offer, drop his offer by $50. Then I agree to drop it by $25 to get it sold because there is the perfect used euro out there for my refinish project. Only to have him want an even better deal to include the case. Then, send another message 30 seconds later saying he has decided to just decline to buy altogether. Just needed to vent.

They played in Detroit this last weekend. I didn't go see them, though one of my band mates took her 18 yr old son. I'll definately hear about how the concert went.Black Sabbath, now you're talking. They were among my top bands that I listened to back in the early '70s.

I knew you guys would get right on this....great club members!Swap the neck pickup leads. The NS2A Korean preamp doesn't have the leads swap opposite like the other clones and the US 9v circuit have.
They just past through KC last week, I've been here for a year and still haven't went to a concert yet...dang long hours! lolThey played in Detroit this last weekend. I didn't go see them, though one of my band mates took her 18 yr old son. I'll definately hear about how the concert went.
I'm with you on not getting enough of that vintage P bass tone. It was the dominate bass sound for me growing up in the 60's 70's. Should've kept that Matt Freeman P with SD quarter pounders. I'm hoping my incoming NS-2 CT-B will fill that need.I just ordered a Fender Steve Harris Precision Bass, so no new Spector this year.
If I ever do buy another new Spector, it will most likely be a Coda4P Dlx in ultraviolet or trans. green. - I just can't seem to get enough of the P-bass thing right now.
Speaking of which, has anyone here ever tried one of the Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Phat Staple pickups?

So question ... What pick ups go well with the 18 v HAZ?
Thanks guys, much appreciated. I`ll have to bring it back to him tomorrow, my soldering iron is on its last legs, plus I paid him for it already last time.![]()
What routing do you have? If you have the standard P/J routing I heard the proto-type Bolan bass loaded with active EMG P/J pickups and 18V, if its the DC routing then I've got the 35DC'c and so does Rob....His bass is a fretted NS4 and sounded great! So question ... What pick ups go well with the 18 v HAZ?
Prety sure it was designed specifically for the DC's,I'm runing one with a DCX in the bridge and a TWX at the neck in my euro and it sounds killerSo question ... What pick ups go well with the 18 v HAZ?

The coil tap switch also makes good use of the forth hole when instaling the 18v in a euroPrety sure it was designed specifically for the DC's,I'm runing one with a DCX in the bridge and a TWX at the neck in my euro and it sounds killer
It was a little tricky wireing the TW switch but after you do a few of them it's prety simple and I like having the single coil option at the neck pick up
