That.Is.Beautiful.
After having the Ian Hill. ...I spoke with PJ at length about this when I ordered my Forte 4, he told me that the USA basses cannot be made with the exact same neck profile as the Kramer era basses because of the the graphite reinforced neck that the older Kramer basses didn't have. There is a "thin neck spec" available on USA builds but it's not exactly the same as the Kramer era basses.
my favourite part of the graphic is the hand-holding-cameraGlad you got something new!!!! The ceiling fan graphic is really unique too!!! (Sorry, couldn't resist)!![]()
Ns2a from ebay, likely refinished black over red, with a us 9v haz stock from 1985 according to the seller. Likely a cystom job for a pro.So far what I've seen on this looks great! but I think I'm missing the story.... what bass is this and where did it come from? I was so jet lagged last week that I likely missed it or spaced.
Tell us more MattIn other news...my custom Forte just shipped![]()
BTW, I\m going to replace OBP2 with Tone Capsule in my Fortess this weekend, just wanted to ask you when replacing preamp in yours if you had to buy additional bypass switch or you used the stock push-pull knob for it?In other news...my custom Forte just shipped![]()

...but the seller anyway has to pay an awful amount of eBay-fees on that $7500!That sucks for someone to do that just to raise market value on something! If thats what is happening?!

Any word on your Euro yet ?
Well that sucks that even he can't get a definitive answer out of them.I am hoping to have mine in March Or April.Mine was a regular Euro (kind of) and not a p so i am hoping there are no huge delays. All PJ can get from them is 'soon'...so no, not a clue.
The Forte with make the endless waiting much easier though![]()
OOOOOHHH Preeeeettty!

I much prefer the neck on my 86 Brooklyn. What's the difference in specs from 86 Brooklyn to 86 Kramer NS2 necks?
