Tried filing my bridge but the file on this knife isn't hard enough to do any real work on the bridge.

You would think getting a $2300 instrument you could fit light gauge strings.I wonder how hard medium/heavy/custom gauge would be.

You might try a set of these:

I know that you're probably way busy playing your new family addition but CONGRATS LimaGuy!!! Very nice!!! A+
How do you like the BadAss bridge?
Yeh, once in a while UPS will come thru our neighborhood by 10:00am if a neighbor has a priority package.

Gods blessings on you bro with your Dr. appt. later today! You'll be in my thoughts & prayers my friend.

The BadAss bridge is very solid. I am digging it. :) (but took me a while to find the .05 allen wrench that fit it.)
She is all adjusted to my taste. The bass sounds and plays great. Did some playing, got me nice and relaxed for the test tonight. Thanks for the kind wishes.

P.S send yourself a UPS overnight letter. So your bass comes early. :D (your thinking about it aren't you)

For the first time ever. UPS actually came early in the morning and not after 6PM.
The NS-2JAR has arrived. :hyper: Just as I expected, a different beast then the Euros, NS-2A and ReBop. Nice clear solid Mid punchy tone. (really solid tight E string)
I have to get an allen wrench that fits the BadAss Bridge to do some adjustments but it plays and sounds great.
Below are some photos.

P.S. I have a Echo Stress Test tonight at 7PM. So if you dont see me on here later tonight or tomorrow..it didn't go well. :rollno:
(But I will be wearing my Spector shirt for Good Luck.)

That is one sweet looking family Limaguy and the new NS-2JAR is beautiful! I'm curious what you will think of the Euro 5LX.

Good luck on the Echo Stress test tonight, I hope all goes well. Mine went well yesterday but I was told I am out of shape :bawl:

Anyone need a Spector Hard Case for a 4string (Euro, ReBop, NS-2A etc...)
I am either looking to sell 1 or 2 of them or possibly trade +$ for a good shape Spector Gig Bag. PM me if interested to discuss a resonable offer. If interested I will send you photos.
Posting here before I do the Classified section.

Then I need to know what everybody is using cuz the B string on DR Highbeams or D'addario Prosteels didn't fit

Just put a set of Circle K balanced strings on my Euro 5 LX.
the G, D and A are actually lighter than a standard set, the E is about the same at .106 and the B is .142.
They have balanced sets in lots of sizes from very light to very heavy.
The E and the B are tapered so no bridge mods were necessary.
They sound very nice.
