Wow, thanks a lot, you guys! I'm impressed, that took no time at all. Yeah, it makes sense that it's a freq. selector and boost/cut. I was just going off of what I heard ever since I got it which, by the way, was 'used' and didn't have any labels or anything, so I really had no idea. I had a feeling it was aftermarket, but I couldn't tell until I got involved here. Well, hopefully that was enough to get me a number (ahem, Trace), but i'll be sure to post more stuff of the bass in action/the finished stack/the Euro NT i'm planning on getting. So let me get this straight: you're gonna make me go back through the overwhelming amount of pages in this thread and wade through all that text to find a 3 digit number?! You must be crazy.

I'm only kidding, although there is a lot more pages to this thread than I though.

Wow. This thing is gorgeous.

This sucker came in an anvil case - not sure I need an anvil case, so I may put it up for sale. That said, whomever had this took pretty good care of it - only small finish dings I found were around the edge of the fingerboard between the first and fifth frets. Other than that, she looks brand new! It needs a set up, but thus far I'm pretty happy with her. Here's the specs from what I can tell:

Buckeye burl top and back with black walnut sandwiched between.

Haz Lab pre, EMG pups

Gloss finish.

Not sure of the year - still can't make out the last number on the date, but I'm thinking it's an '07. Waiting to hear back from Spector on this.

Basically, a steal for what I paid for it - would have cost another $3k+ new for the same specs.

It sounds like a grand piano!

I didn't post it, remember? We were gonna wait... I see you posted pics last night at 2315 hrs.
I think I know what your number is but if I'm wrong .... the Club's Sergeant at Arms (my buddy MadBassPlaya) is gonna get me! LOL:D

Does he have a number or does he need a number? I believe the last number given was 268. That's off the top of my head though. :)

There is a gorgeous blue w/black stain 2010 Legend w HSC in the classifieds that could be had for probably 400 shipped... :hiding:
