If the serial starts with an NB (NBxxxx) there is no NSCR about it. It's a Euro5 or Euro 5 LX.

Although I've seen the serials get smudged or blurred on the Euro (any series) Spectors, I've never seen one totally vanish.

Can you post a pic of the back of your headstock? Is the Czech Republic blurb still on the back of the headstock?

I don't know if they ever were put inside the control cavity on these. I know none of mine were.

If it is white... check the control cavity.

It is red, the Czech Republic bit is there but no serial AT ALL. I haven't checked the control cavity yet. Pictures coming up.

Just checked.

1501 is carved in the control cavity by the input, but that's pretty short for a serial. Figured you guys know more than i.

I don't see any scratches besides the corner of the headstock, don't know why the camera is picking those up.

I think it would be difficult to make the body access much deeper and still have it look like a Spector due to the already smallish body. I'm sure Stuart and the boys could come up with something, but from what I understand they have their hands full keeping up with orders. I doubt that leaves much time for R&D.

What is there to research? Just mill it down so all frets dont have wood under it. Smith, MTD, and a host of others do it. It's still a Spector regardless.

Thats pretty much the exact finish I want. Except for the flamed/figured (not sure which is which) top that thing is gorgeousss

Thanks Guys..I do love it..Looking at getting another NS-4 to replace the one I let go a couple years back as seen in pic...As well as another White NS-2.
