Spector Club Part 6

Nah, I love my Lakland more unfortunately, i only had a legend so it probly would be different had it been one of the top tier models, but my 55-01 is wayyyyy better.
FWIW, I went the Lakland route for a couple of years, abandoning my Spectors.
Had a USA JO5, a 55-02D and a Bob Glaub. Thought I had found the basses for me. As time passed, little things I missed about my Spectors started to creep back in.
Long story short: The Laklands are gone and the Spectors are back.

BTW, if owning just a "Legend" was your Spector experience....
You haven't really experienced Spector. :smug:

My business is going through a slooow period - tough times. Having to sell my OLP MM2 cuz I need the cash. But I found a couple of sweet deals on craigslist and still can't afford it.

35" Euro 4LX Amber $700
34" Euro 4LX Blueburst $650

And then of course, rockstarbassists JAR for $600!!!

I wish I had the cash. :(

Where can I try a Forte 4 and an NS-2 before committing to either? Is it possible anywhere?

Does Spector have a showroom in Saugerties? It would be worth a short trip for me from NYC.

Thanks, in advance, for any suggestions.

I just clicked on the link in your post. It brought me to the same front page, but all of the links through the menu in the top are broken.

Let me be the first to kill the mood! Haha.

THANKS! That's why I let you guys know about this now.

The actualy launch of the site "officially" isn't until tomorrow so I can try and work some of these little "buggy" things out.

Every graphic, every line of code has been written by your's truly... and the majority of the text (corrected by PJ and Stuart of course).

So I'm looking at this big forest and all I see is trees...

Keep the issues comin' guys! I really appreciate it. You're all unofficially "Beta-Testers"!!!

Excellent catch. There's an error in the code, must have happened during the upload. Sometimes server uploads are buggy. Looks like several lines of that script got sent off into internet limbo.

That page should be fixed shortly.

Thanks again!

I might just be dumb or it may have been forgotten - where is the section to see old basses such as my own NS5CRFM?
