Wowser. They must wanna get rid of these things. Fantastic neck on these basses. The tone pot was fairly useless on one I briefly had, but it still sounded great.

Fantastic neck on these basses.

Yes. When I was doing my bass shopping last month, the two basses I had the hardest time walking away from were a Squier Cab and a Squier CV 50s SCPB in white (well, honey blond or may kay...)

They were both such great necks.

Like I said earlier, though...I just really wanted to have at least one bass with a rosewood fretboard, so I'm happy with what I got, but I still think about those two Squiers...

This is IMHO a beautiful looking bass. Saw some clips on You Tube and it sounds great also.

I would encourage everyone here to buy one immediately. If they are not sold out by 11:45, I might have to do something rash.

Damn GAS! I have no real use for one of these! But yet...

I played one at GC last year and really liked it. Passed it up when it was on the GC sale for $199. Could not pass it up at $179. I must be getting sick,I bought a new amp and a new bass this month (i say sick because it has been years since I purchased a truly new bass or amp - i almost always buy used - and cheap)
