Take off, it's Inuit, not Eskimo, eh! Alaskans speak Eskimo. Canuck Eskimos speak Inuit I think, eh? They also have nice touques; fur and whatnot. God save the Queen.
As a software developer and having used Quicken and TurboTax, I'm pretty sure they those apps just coalesced from discarded bits of something useful 
Don't they make Quicken and TurboTax software?

If it is anything like mine, you will be very impressed.
I had 3 V's, An Alembic Essence, Fender MIA Jazz and the Squier Affinity.
When I compared the Squire to the MIA it killed it. Tighter neck to body fit, better finish, louder, punchier and clearer pick ups. Then one night when I was bored, I stated measuring the dimensions and found them identical. The MIA neck felt a little rounder on the edges but the Squier neck is right up there with the best of them.
Last night I removed the SIT half rounds which went up to a .120" B and fitted a set of EB Slinkies which have the .130" B as I have on my Alembic and it shone yet again.
I have had lots of recommendations to change the Pups, Bridge and pots but it is dead quiet and an absolute joke for the money. It would be impossible to find a better bass for that money anywhere else and if anything, I feel it is worth more than I paid fro it because I wouldn't sell it if someone offered me more than I paid.
Coming from an Alembic owner, that is saying something. Sure, the headstock could be improved with a better string guide, or perhaps "technically" some expensive machine heads but I don't need to and wont go there until there is a problem, if ever.
It is a perfect back up or a perfect main bass for particular venues where I would not take the Alembic.
For $200-225 delivered to your door, It is a wonderful instrument.

@ Aussie Player...you couldn't be more right! Got my affinity V today and it is unbelievable. I can't say enough good things about it. The neck is sick, I mean ridiculously good. I played a bunch of ibanez 5ers before I ordered this one, along with the higher end ones and this blows them away. I can't believe I got this quality so cheap. The neck and playability is way better than the 2 deluxe active V's that I tried also. I figured i'd have an hour or so of setting up the action and intonation on it, but about 15 min of fiddling along with throwing some roto 66's onthere and I was good to go. Nice low action and a dead straight and fast neck. Can't wait to hear it through my rig. I've been playing it through my little headphone amp and it still sounds great.
HIGHLY recommended! Here's a quick pic I shot on the cell. Only mods planned right now are a black pickguard and a little vintage tint on the neck and headstock. Hardware and electronics will stay stock for the forseeable future. Awesome bass!

I'm a bit of a noob and don't know much about pickups, but what exactly is the difference between that Jazz and the Jaguar as far as tone? and any other differences, thanks
My newly acquired VM 70's Jazz with CV 50's P-Bass neck, strung BEAD. I'm really digging it! I bought the body from one TBer, and the neck from another.
I was worried about the Jazz's rounded neck pocket, and the VM P neck is squared, but it's hardly noticeable with the black PG.

Hopefully next week I'll be able to put a Classic Vibe 60's P on layaway at the local music shop. There's a ding in the top of the headstock, so it's classed at B stock at £269, which is amazing, I can't find it that cheap anywhere on the net. It's not even noticeable from any angle other than right at it. The rest of it is in perfect condish.

I bought a sonic blue CV today to use as a backup. First thing I had to do was sand back of neck.. too much lacquer. Next thing was to order an aged white pickguard. I already have a D.Allen pickup for it. pics coming soon enough.
its a solid player's bass.. a no-brainer for the low $$ amount.
