Double Bass Stand mounted speakers for bass

Thought you were trying to simplify your rig! ;) How much weight do the plates add?

Probably none - Gary cut the rectangular plates out of Aluminum, so they weigh almost nothing.

Actually, believe it or not, the stand-mounting does simplify the rig, since I don't carry much more weight, and I get my speaker exactly where I want it. :spit:
