Even though it is rated to 35Hz, they don't state how many dB's below 0 they are.
A fEARful 15/6 is rated -3dB @ 45Hz.
These could be -10dB @ 35Hz. Nothing special then.

$1600 for a 215 cabinet that looks like it was made in shop class...

Yeah I have to agree. It really looks unfinished.
It comes with a clear lacquer painted finish? And doesn't even include a grill cover, let alone a kick-proof one. I would expect kick-proof grill would go well with Hard Truckers. I toured with a 2x15 Standel powered cab back in the early 70's. Yeah it was heavy, but it had casters. This one weighs 105 -lbs and no mention of casters?
The only 2x15s I've played are an old Peavey they had at a rental place I frequented 30 years ago (I happened to buy from them the Mark III head they had it paired with), and a Hartke 215XL I owned (amongst several other Hartke cabs) for some 15 years. I liked the Peavey back then but the Hartke never satisfied me much, not tight enough. My favorite ever 2x15 configuration is my two TNT150s stacked, but hardly ever use it, 90% of times one combo only is more than enough. Relatively small 15" enclosures is definitely where my tone is at home (tight, yet with enough low end authority where it counts, where it pumps your chest). With that mindset a 35hz fb is counterintuitive to me, looks too low for the apparently more PA'ish extended range of the speaker (a 3khz high end reponse limit is pretty high for a woofer), if so it could probably fart with 1/4 the rated power of bass signal (maybe I'm missing something).

After reading a thread here on TB about DIY 2x15, the first thought that popped into my mind was "a fool and his money...".
Heck, I even had that thought when reading about the new Rumble 800 and it's list price here on TB (in contrast to competitor's ICEpower equipped heads).

In the movie, their van made of weed starts burning outside and the smoke pours into the club where the band is playing. Everybody gets all high and the band goes from boring and bad to playing Earache My Eye, which is actually a good rock song!
I never saw it, I'll have to rectify that situation soon.

Who knows...Maybe they sound decent.
I will say this, at $1600, they should look a bit more polished then that IMHO and even if they did look as slick as '(whatever you think is the most aesthetically pleasing cabinet)' it is still $1600 for a 2 15.
Jam bands, and Dead tributes will love 'em. Not enough of the old Alembic cabinets to go around.

I keep eyeballing his 108 cabinet. If I had any reason to spend about 500 CAD (off the top of my head) he'd honestly have that money by now.
To stay on topic though, the hard trucker seems pretty good tbh. Those EV drivers are probably no slouches, and if lugging the weight is no deterrent, I don't see why not as long as the design is half decent.
