I fixed it and it was just the toggle switch. It's kinda quiet, but it hasn't had a full setup yet and it's string with flats. I started a thread for pick up wiring options just in case there is a better wiring option with the toggle and pickups.

Is the copy a heavy bass or is it lighter weight like the Gibsons. I have seen some copies pop up on ebay but the sellers all say they are heavy.

Stuff I'm interested in from that list...

Live Orange Goblin should be cool. HP had good things to say about it.
Borracho obviously :)
Saw Inter Arma last weekend. Wasn't really my thing.
Love the new Clutch.
Didn't like what I heard of the new Kvelertak... sounds like they kind of rehashed old songs in a new Baroness Yellow/Green style. But I only heard one track.
Black Pyramid I'm excited for. Check out that freaking art work.
New Uncle Acid will be interesting.
Kadavar is bad ass.
Spiritual Beggers I haven't given a lot of listening but worth keeping an eye out for.
Curious to see what direction Ghost goes with a new album.
Gozu kicks ass. They leaked that album months ago and it is good.
Serpent Throne is a wicked instrumental band. Tried to get them to play our Philly show but they were unavailable.
Melvins are Melvins. Covers album? Will probably be super rad.

Yeah cool link, thanks for posting. Working my way through bands on this site. Need to check out Serpent Throne always down for instrumental tunes.

Ya'll will be glad to know that as of today, this doomer now has a house.
Now just to convince my housemates about the idea of having an 8x10 in the house....
Got a free ticket to see Bob Mould playing Sugar's album 'Copper Blue' tomorrow night, and I secured some tickets for me and my girlfriend to go see Tame Impala. She's not going to know until we are standing outside the venue.
Today is a good day to turn 19.

Cool glad everything turned around, jealous about Tame Impala, they sold out here in Milwaukee. But Im seeing Alt J later this month so thats cool.

Craigslist happened.

I love trading and selling on TB because for the most part people know about equipment and value and bass-players-needs and you can have honest, respectful transactions where everyone is happy.

Craigslist, while I've used it plenty, seems to be just full of 'tards. Usually I only make it through a few inaccurate overpriced ALL CAPS postings before my brain implodes. Good for what it is, but in general I despise communicating through Craigslist. Every now and then you connect with another respectable musician, but 99% of people who buy my stuff thru CL are musicians' dads looking for Xmas presents, Christian Rock bands, or teenage metal kids.

My favorite type postings are the THIS IS AN AMAZING PRICE I WON'T SELL FOR A PENNY LESS... MUST SELL THIS WEEK ASAP!!!! Its such a contradictory statement but I hesitate to message them (with a respectable offer) because you never know what their priority is, selling for the fixed over-market price or making $$ pronto? Usually I get scathing email responses back that I'm lowballing them, then the next week they repost it at the price I initially offered.... /facepalm

haha, yeah i agree, for every nice transaction i have on Clist, theres like 5 emails of morons talking about stuff that doesnt make sense or making stupid lowball offers.

although ebay isnt devoid of idiots. im selling an amp right now and had like 3 emails from a complete idiot making no sense, spelling things wrong, writing in caps, typical ****** stuff lol.

moral of the stories: retards are among us.

I love the total sh1theads on CL who are selling items but refuse to answer questions about them. If I'm taking my time to mail you with a list of questions about condition, location. etc. I'm interested. It may be beneficial to provide more than 1 sentence to reply.

On an unrelated note, I dated the 810 I'm pickup up this week to June 1976. My NOS SLE speakers should arrive today.
