Also anyone looking for a good stoner band bass, i'm selling the westone i just bought.
It didn't dethrone the Ric and too much knob turning when switching between the two.
So not a back up for the Ric in the stoner band either
Awesome bass, sounds excellent with fuzz.

The appeal is its atmospheric and and is quite "doomy" in the sense that its depressing and dark. I like it because of how over the top it is...can YOU dig it?

So yesterday I pulled the trigger, I traded that second 2x15 for an EHX Micro Bass Synth. I can tell once I figure out all the bell and whistles this is gonna be one hell of a pedal. Pics to come later.

So we have been working on organizing a Doom/Stoner show here in Ottawa. We reached out to a lot of bands and the response has been great.

All That's Heavy II is set for May 12 and will include Blizaro, Iron Man, Blood Ceremony, Monobrow (of course ) and possibly a few more like Revelation and Eyeballkids' Nagato. Really looking forward to sharing the stage with all these bands.

cult's 1's rehearsal in over a month- the guitarist and i have both been sitting on new songs that we were hoping to start to work out today- used the rat tail for first time today with a band- first time trying my jazz bass at practice...

the police were knocking on the door by the end of the 2nd song. we still made some headway on one of the new songs, but it became an almost acoustic rehearsal. better than nothing i suppose, but we really need a rehearsal space.

time to throw on some Karma to Burn, eat pizza, and drink beer.
