For the first time, the Pbass rental turned out to be very nice, but I'm sticking with my Dehlia...I seem to grab that one more than any of the others these days.

Doesn't hurt that Floor is one of my favorite bands, so I was pretty excited for the show before we had even got added.

Their sound is so massive live, it's awesome.

It's like Pike and Wino joined forces. That FHTBT made me want to listen to slowed down Metallica. Jeebus this is heavy! On the main riff, I keep thinking about Wino's flatted fifth statement on such hawks. lol.

I love First Acts. It baffles me that people can't wrap their heads around the fact that they make both entry level Wal Mart instruments as well as high quality custom shop stuff. Some people are dumb.

We did a tour with them awhile back and I really dug her bass...our guitar player has an endorsement and asked the rep to bring me a Dehlia to try out. Awesome bass...mine has a humbucker in back, which really works well with that Darkstar type front pickup...always wanted one of these Invalid Link Removed
Sadly, our rep got fired before I could get one

Floor/Thrones/Bongripper last night was really awesome.

A lot of people there, all the bands played great. We brought out the full rigs (which we haven't done lately due to a bunch of crappy power situation basement shows). Heavy night, all the dudes in Floor are super nice dudes.

Fun times.

Wish i was 21, got 69 days left.
