Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread 29: "Please Huff Responsibly"

The BEF Pro is a lot of fun. Super amped on the smallsound/bigsound mini. It's crazy versatile with the bass/treble knobs. Tons of bass. OD to full on fuzz that almost gets to a bit crusher type thing with the bias knob all the way down. This is the always on dirt I've been looking for. I want a second for a higher gain setting. Stacking it with the BB absolutely kills. He might have some in stock still...

Boredom with a sharpie...I took me like 20 times to write it well enough.

what kinda matamp is that oldcrow?

i've got a custom builder in new zealand pricing out a 300 watt, 6x KT88 head for me in that style to run through my 200S 215.

speaking of that, anyone have experience with JBL K140s? johnk says he ran 600w RMS through them with no issues (despite being rated at 150w each) so i'm wondering how dangerous it would be. i am inclined to trust him, though!

Sold the Orange. Ordered a Hartke HA5500.

Found a schematic I did a while back for a tube fuzz pedal. I had problems with the prototype. Thinking about building it again. How do you all feel about AC powered pedals?
