Stoner/Doom Bassists thread 31: We never sleep

I looked at the pics on the site and compared, its a V8 not a v7. And therefore not a green muff in any way tonally. The might share some components but they always have since day one(in a sense). It is a earlier heavy duty enclosure with the 6 screws instead of 4, but still the smaller box. That is something to be said, but it is not like the transition V7 muff which would be like mine just painted black. Not the smaller case and different foot switch like yours. In looking on ebay $80-$120 seems to be the market so you ask what ever you think is fare. Or hold onto it. They haven't made the green one in 20 yrs and look how much they go for now. Black ones a couple years ago were $60 all day. They have almost doubled in value now. If your not hurting for money, sit on it. I know if i find them cheap ill horde them :smug:

Not doubting you, but how big is a green muff? I ask because that muff is rather noticeably bigger than the other black muff I have. I didn't expect more than $80-$100 anyway, and I am taking the listing down, if only because I feel the discourse between him and me makes me look shady or possibly ignorant, and I only have one feedback.

Also those of you with the Thunderbird or thinking of getting an EB-0, Here is some tips on the 3 point bridge of shame

Is your other muff a 4 screw? I can snap some pics of a pedal for comparison with my green muff. I can say your 6 screw is smaller then my green one for sure.

I'll take a picture when I return from HEB, the worlds best grocery chain.

I use a battery with the el oso and it worked, i need to work with my amp though the carvin has so many god damn EQ options. I had to open the case to put the battery in an man the oso board is like the size of a saltine cracker, and the inside smells like a 90's radio shack... Yum

Just sold my epi t-bird. No more 3-point ******** for me.

I'm waiting to hear from a notary, about signing off on our mortgage refinance. The final word is we're going to save $440.47 a month, so it's worth 7 months of filling out paperwork.

It's been 2 days since I emailed the guitarist I jammed with last Saturday, no word back. So maybe I don't really need to worry about deciding whether or not the drive is worth pursuing a band, that decision might already be made for me.
