Yeah, things have been very smooth so far. I've been pretty lucky, in the sense that this band was extremely easy to put together and is composed of great musicians who I like to hang out with outside of band stuff!

Although I didn't audition, I had basically formed the band months before I moved to PA. They were just waiting for me to arrive ;)

Touring will always be tricky for us. Drummer is almost 40, has 3 kids and is the man of the house. We'll never be the kind of band that can go on tour for more than a few days, which I'm perfectly fine with.

They are great pedals, the only problem with mine is that for some reason when you plug in a 9v power supply it won't work. Works great with batteries, no issue at all, but nothing when using a power supply. Since i just got it and don't have a show for a month after tonights show, Im gonna send it back to Ben to have him fix it. He's not the quickest shipper by any means though so I might not. I'm really interested to try out one of the meatsmoke pre's, my only quarrel is that it doesnt have an XLR out, when making a preamp / DI that should be a no brainer to include.

The Spider gets really mixed reviews. I think it just sounds better with some amps than others. I've had setups that it sounds great with and others that it sounds like total crap with. That's a bummer, and quite the dilemma, while any tech should be able to fix a power jack, but I would want to send it back too. True about no, XLR on the MS, but it does have a 1/4" out with speaker sim. I have not used said 1/4" output yet, so no details on that. Good luck on the repair.

love it. this will/would look sick on a pedal. I wasn't a fan of the ODB-3, but I hear nothing but good things about Monte Allum mods. definitely want to see the finished product dude.

The new one is the much better than Snakes... Best since Surrounded By Thieves, IMHO. They'll be here in two weeks. I've been reading show reviews of the tour and everyone is saying that Matt is more focused and his playing is insanely good. Guess the rehab stint did him good.

I've been listening to the Tron soundtrack alot lately, which makes me wanna smoke hash and dance in snow haha.

I'm also a big fan and have been listening to Little People - Mickey Mouse Operation a lot lately.

I listen to Chillwave station on Pandora alot; it's hit or miss where the good is great and the bad is horrible. My beloved macbook died a couple months ago so my music listening is a bit limited unfortunately.
