Ever consider the "softball style" tee with the white torso and colored, 3/4-length arms? We sold those in my old band and they sold like hotcakes.
I second this idea. I have an old worn out high on fire baseball jersey with an Arik Roper viking that is awesome.
...and practice is back on. Going to put the Bazz fuzz through the paces. Of course i left my zoom recorder at work when i thought we weren't having practice so no clips.

Also I got snowed/sleeted here in Texas and forgot to check in, but dually money sent, it's officially on. And thank you Julien for the great ideas I copied off your dually strap and handle speaking.
Oh and driving in the snow is epically cool, it's like an excuse to drive drunk off road and cops can only shrug it off.

I'll get some next week for sure. Just got done with 2 hours of bazz at full volume. It's a keeper.
It doesn't have crazy saturated high gain, it's more subtle than a
Muff but completely different. It gets, almost into square wave territory but it's still not so distorted and saturated that you can't make out individual notes. Everything retains definition, but it's still pretty brutal.
I kept the mid boost on, gain cranked, tone at noon. There's a LOT of interaction between the knobs. With the gain at max i couldn't get the volume knob past 7:00 without a large volume boost. That changed dramatically when the gain is reduced.
As aggressive as it gets, it's a really low gain fuzz. With fuzz knob at noon, it's barely noticeable and it remains subtle until 4:00-5:00 on the fuzz dial.
The only downside is that it seemed to cut lows a tiny bit. I've been using the bbm in bass boost mode and i goose the bass knob on my Ibanez PD7 distortion so maybe i was just hearing the lack of bass boost in the Bazz. The problem was fixed by turning up the bass on the ATK preamp and turning up the bass on the amp. Easily fixed, but definitely noticeable.
It's interesting playing a fuzz that's not a clone or modification of a famous fuzz pedal. The Bazz is definitely it's own animal, but i really really like it. The band mates used words like mature or refined to describe it, that's pretty accurate.

Sounds like a keeper man! One thing I wonder about that pedal, how is it connecting patch cables to it with that extra surround like Aggie pedals. It looks thick enough that you would need straight cables and not right angle?
Yup, well HOF anyways. There were different openers in Austin but the show was outside, it was like 30 degrees outside and I spent those sets inside at the bar.

I used straight cables today, it looks like there's room for a pancake style right angle connector, but they'd have to be pointed up or inside. Not ideal but I'll make it work. I wouldn't have put the surround on there, but it's not a deal breaker. It does have holes for mounting to a board, but i don't think I'll use those.
about to be the owner of a washburn vulture 1, i was looking for a P bass and i really like to fact it through neck, ive never played one so im hoping i dont end up sending it back, if i end up liking it i want to upgrade the hardware, anyone a fan of the vintage dimarzio p pickups? that also another first for me.
Is it the one pup version or 2 pup version? If its the one, its basically like my Washburn scavenger but a spent higher, and mine is the best p bass I've ever played. Chunky but fast neck, great balance, super heavy, the bridge weighs over a pnd, how's that for high mass! And the old dimarzio p pups are hot and pretty bright. But roll back the tone and volume for some classic thump. Wide open it really drive my amps/pedals perfectly. I play with the knobs a lot more on mine more than my Ric, in a good way, many tonez to be had
