Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

So I killed the line out TRS jack on my SWR IOD the other night. Really pissed off about it. Was restacking my cabs after selling an old combo and my(overly long) patch between preamp and poweramp came out of the rack and got caught on something out of sight.
This led to clueless straining and a snapping noise.
It was abused before I got to it so it's been due for some tech time anyways.
Wish me luck folks I'll be asking regular TB for the name of a good tech'round here.

Yeah it's a cool piece of gear and even if it's been rode hard and put up wet I still feel I got a good deal.
I'm just glad it got borked now before I have gotten a band going again.
Regarding using its little poweramp: f'n killer tone. Much different to it's line out, more touch responsive.
I'd really like to try it on a Weber miniMas into my poweramp.
Don't tell CL I said this, but it sounds way better through my old Peavey black widow than my fEARful.

Hey now. I will admit that my Dually is less pick about distortion/overdive/fuzz than my fEARful. The '66 lets you hear everything, sometimes you dont want everything.

Oh, and if I was going back to ceramic speakers it would be the BW 1505 for sure. That is a sweet driver for sure.

LOL a man returning from a walk in the woods missing one sock means he had to shite in the woods. Guess it was a local saying back home lol. Plus it I ate fruit, milk, and cheese all in one setting I could paint a museum mural with my arse.

Now it makes sense, and I hear that. And man my diet is mexican food, health food, or Indian food and a smattering of occasional junk food. I easily rival Jackson Pollock some days.

Any time I played disc golf I excelled at throwing my disc into the trees... Something about a frisbee I cannot manage.

Maybe it's that poopy a speaker won't even show itself. Of course you saw bunny me and madre though lol, that would work flawlessly.
