As much as Ienjoy tweaking Nick's nose about a "bowl of linguini" or a "pile of snakes"in reference to his builds, I have to say, that is some of the nicest electrical work I've ever seen.

Kudos to you Mr. Dunwich.

I'd put your work up against anyone in the amp business, and I do mean HiWatt/Reeves vintage stuff.

I try. Always room to improve. some of areas of improvement would be in the design/approach over the execution

That's really neat! I'd seen those before but back when prices were way higher. I wonder if I could get away with converting my bike to that and commuting to work on it... I'll have to check legality.

No idea if that's a good deal or not and I have no experience with these bike/motor hybrids - but what's wrong with a regular bike? You like to exercise, weather is decent most of the year, why not just get a regular non-motorized bike?

Maybe the newer ones are better but I've never heard anything positive about those motorized bicycles.

I texted a couple people about there's and far as I can tell 49 is the technically legal one. The motors are all by one company and not much different so no cop would stop you to dismantle it and question you.

I figure also at $200 obo I can always if I decide to sell the actual bike and get a different one.

Those GK 800RB amps that have the built in bi-amp and hi and lo outputs, is there a way to run them as a normal full range frequency amp? Like if you connect the lo output into a cab and don't connect the hi, is it a full frequency output?

@Sartori, just remembered to answer your OBC810 Qs. They use Eminence speakers. I'm not sure if it's divided internally; from the pics it doesn't look like it. I didn't see any reference in the specs, either. Also, it doesn't have a horn like my OBC410s and doesn't appear to be ported (my 410s are rear-ported). Again, very high priced for what it is (as is all Orange gear); they definitely work the branding/marketing hard to get to that price point.

Agreed. We might try to do a split at some point. All recordings have been gone over. I think we are close. My guitar player is selling a bunch of **** to try and fund vinyl. He knows I'm mostly broke and won't let me pitch in cause I got kids to feed. I was like, ok man. I just feel bad about not really being able to lay down cash like my other two band mates have. ****, I'm lucky to cover my portion of the rent this month.

an orange 810 with eminence speakers? hmm that is tempting. shame the prices for them is so stupid. they do look rad tho.

That is pretty cool. So it has coaster brakes. Does it go in neutral somehow? I don't see like a clutch lever or gear shifter. Or do you just scream Oh please stop, please stop, please stop, KeeeeeeeeeYahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Centrifugal clutch. Buy it. At that price it's a steal. You wuld be hard pressed to find a cruiser at that price let alone one with a motor. Would attract less attention to a go ped. Kids keep asking if they will ever ride my go ped... Reply is a simple, NO. One of the reasons it's not in one piece right now. Going 25 mph on 6" tires someone always ends up loosing some skin.

From the text description it's like you pedal up to a little speed and pop the clutch like an old vw little miss sunshine thing. Then it starts and you can idle it and use the breaks and as long as the clutch is engaged it'll stay on and being around 160lb I should get to around 35mph which is the speed around here not on the highway.

I thought the same thing lol that is have to coast into whatever's in front of me or get some golf cleats to slow my roll.
