Plans fell through with the peavey classic, seems like someone wants to pay more than asking price, lame.
Tough break I've tried to score one a couple of times and they didn't work out either.
Now the guys offering me the acoustic 1x15 and the 4x10 for $100, I think I have to do it, it's a flip I'm sure. $75 for the 410 alone I'd think in return.
Gas bike tomorrow too. I feel bad once I get that thing I hope my friend with a truck whose helping me get this stuff has business elsewhere. I wanna go for a ride to the ranch areas.

Holidays at the shaker are slow. Six girls showed up and probably about twenty people so far. Usually Fridays are off the hook. Oh well I'll live I suppose. Happy 4th all.

Man I'm excited, but for every hundred awesome things I read, there's someone whose description makes it sound like I'm riding the least stable vehicle devised for the streets. The two wheeled motorized hoopticycle.

Played a friends BBQ with my basement jam band, plus a guest drummer, since out normal guy couldn't make it. Hysterically fun train wreck.
I used the SX short scale p bass into a SABDDI into the effect return in an old Peavey Combo 300. Sounded aight. Make me wish I had a big ol stack, though.

That's easy Peavey Vulcan and its built in fuzz.
I use a Hartke LH1000 and main dirt pedals are the EHX OD Glove (OCD clone) and the Palmer Bazz fuzz (lowish gain fuzz, not muff-based).
In other news, pretty sure I've got an abscessed molar, poopie hurts like a mothershager. Trying to wait until Monday to see the dentist, an emergency visit may not be covered by insurance. Kind of putting a damper on the long weekend.
