I wonder if the Def Leppard drummer would have an easier time with odd signatures like that?...Thats the thing. No catch. No ego, or difficulty at all. The guitarist and I walked him through one of our old songs that switches time signatures like an ADD kid wrote it (because one did), and he just picked up everything fine.
"Oh you switch from 7/8 to 19/8 to 5/4? No big deal."
Amazon prime worth $99?
I am ordering more and more online, and I don't have cable so alternate movie/tv viewing things are nice to have if it's not the same stuff netflix has or at least offers different stuff.
I downloaded the YouTube app for PS3 - use it a lot. Live music, listening to albums, the previously mentioned documentaries and PBS shows. Quality varies, 240 doesn't look so hot on a big screen, but hey - it's free.
That has to be a joke. It must be. Like the Betty Bowers page. It has to be a parody site.So my wife showed me an article on this website. I really want to believe it's all a joke but there seems to be too much content for farce.

Either way I laughed pretty hard.
Yeah I know, not doom but...
How is he not already in six other bands?Drummer in my new project is an anomaly.
He has a studio with PA and recording gear, a degree in music performance, reliable car, not just one full kit but four, decent job outside of playing music, no other commitments that eat up his availability, and some how he has no substance abuse problems.
"Warning traffic." Could be a nice new euphemism.View attachment 453361
Was taking trash out at the apartment for the second to last time and spotted this electric traffic cone.
Was gone this morning so must be warning traffic now.
Got married on Saturday, I'm Ireland now on honeymoon
No time to catch up, but I thought I'd share this. Just arrived on Saturday night...
So, does anyone know if there's any company that even makes tolex that has the same texture as the stuff Sunn used back in the day?
Ideally, I'd like to have some in dark greenish grey and white, but I haven't even been able to find it in black.
@D.M.N. Do you know?
Was it someone who sells it regularly?When I did my cabs, I used Fender/Sunn tolex, there's a few places that sell it, I got mine from ebay. It's pretty damn close, if not spot on. However, I've never seen it in any color other than black.
