New YOB track is ****ing greeaaaatttttt!

Caught Neurosis over the weekend too. First time ever in Australia. I felt 18 again...they opened with "A Sun that never sets" and ended with my favourite song "Stones from the sky". Solid two hour set and well worth the ensuing neck and back pain. No gimmicks, no cheesy encore, no banter. Just pure Neurosis from start to finish. I'm smiling just thinking back on it.

I wish they'd do a proper tour of the U.S. again. Saw them on the Times of Grace tour and it was incredible. That was a long shaging time ago.

So, my reverb pedal has decided that it no longer wants to work properly.

Anyone know of a good but cheap reverb pedal that also doesn't take up much board real estate?

This arrived today and these tickets purchased! $40 my friend who showed me the festival can't afford the $20 so I bought her ticket, and got several other friends coming. Edibles will need to be made.

One time I got my hair cut back in high school when it was incredibly long and gave it to locks of love. My mom filmed it and a friend posted it on YouTube and I didn't know so I tried finding it and it was somehow on this weird Russian website full of style ideas and softcore porn. Like I was the only dude on the page, maybe I was pretty enough to pass for an ok Russian girl. Wish I could still find that...

Time to fight the apartment complex over $130...

$50 for a light fixture that was missing parts

I told them the day I moved in they were missing and they wouldn't fix it.

$40 for a kitchen cleaning.

I scrubbed everything once with soap, then windex and finally rubbing alcohol.

$40 for paint. I was told day one due to a massive clerical error walls and floors were not my responsibility. I didn't destroy the place and technically I lived there like 2.5 years so they legally have to repaint for the next owner right?

Damn, the 400 non-plus amps are so cool. They ran 6x6550's instead of the 12 6l6's that the 400+ did.

That's a pretty great price for a non-plus, too. If it wasn't happening right now, but a month or two down the road I'd put that sucker on a credit card and drive down there to pick it up.
