Strange site!

don't get it.
I first entered "bass guitar" and clicked search. It told me my 'mission' was to send pics of myself to some dude@hotmail.
Then I typed in "woman" and it went to the "Mission speakers" site. ha
Next typed in 'Hockey" and it tells me my "mission is to say hi to everyone I see"
Obviously 'mission' is key.

what gives?

I went in and typed
"Your mission..... go to TalkBass Forums and join. Of course, buying a bass and learning to play it can help, but that's not totally necessary. Just go to Off Topic and enjoy yourself. But actually buying a bass guitar could certainly help."

So let's see if we actually get any results ;)

I think we should all post that numerous times :hyper:

I'm not sure if you guys understand how this works or not, seeing as I didn't see any of you guys explain it.

Whatever you type into MysteryGoogle, the next person gets that as there search. Say I typed in
"your mission: go to interdrip.net and join the forum!"
(yes that was me) then the next person who clicks search, like RWP, gets that.

if RWP typed "I know Dave Matthews in real life" and the site admin from talkbass.com is the next to search, he/she would see that (and probably think your lying)

This mission thing comes from (I think) mylifeisaverage.com where people started posting how they went to Mystery Google and got a mission, ect.

as to your idea to post about going to here, it will work, an normally, only nice mgoogle users join forums from missions. It works well as advertising if you don't have the money for advertising. I myself have gotten over 200 different IP's hitting my site in a day from it so I advise you go for it!

Oh and RWP, Bacon rules!
