AHA!!! I found the true factor in the price difference. The Touring has a Plexiglas pick guard while the Street has PVC!!! Surely that PVC sucks all the TONEZZZZ from it!
Edit: On a more serious note... the Touring seems to come with GHS strings while it doesn't say what kind of strings the Street has.

Alright so it's:
body wood (basswood instead of alder)
GHS Signature strings on the Touring Bass
PVC as opposed to plexi on the pick guard
Touring model has a gig bag and DVD

I've got the black/white Street and LOVE IT!!!! The only thing I could see is either putting a new EMG or one of those new Lane Poor pickups and maybe a BadassII, but even still it's a great bass, I've used it at every gig and it's performed well. The differences between the two is really the wood (Street= Basswood and Touring= Alder)
Upon further thinking I remembered that the LP is in the MM style and the EMG are soapbars of which the Flea Bass is the latter but Flea's Flea bass has an LP (probably custom work)
