I've been purposely trying to avoid this thread, then I go check out @Proton Lenny's Pedal Demo thread and now I'm out, probably, $500, and I'm probably going to be down another $450 after this weekend, since I now feel like I hafta have another Mobius...

I'm still using my mobius. What a grand pedal. I just didn't buy into the hype until I got one. I used to have an SA orbital end while it was very nice, it didn't hold a candle to the mobius and its abilities. Sure it's expensive. But after you think about it for a min, some of the top shelf modulation pedals cost anywhere to 2 to $300 a pop. The mobius has a ton of great stuff in it for $450. It's actually pretty fair. If you have the money for it. Never thought I'd be saying all this haha. Never thought I'd own a strymon pedal. But I do. And it's pretty blissful.

How do you find the Deco ?
Are you able to use the saturation control
to add just a little bit of warmth, compression,
but without real audible overdrive ?

Yes! absolutely. With the control from 0 to 50% it just adds a bit of warmth and compression. After that it starts to get into lighter overdrives. Really nice when adding to the other side of the pedal.

I included the Deco in part 1 of the Bass Dirt on Parade demos. Subtle break-up at about 3:45. I've got active pickups, so it will probably be even more subtle with a passive at those settings.

I recently aquired a Blu Sky - mainly to use it with guitar at home.
But since it is on my board, i coud use it for bass as well.
So i'm curious - how do you guys use yours? What settings for what ?

Pedaltrain Metro 24 board for my solo stuff.
The sound quality is outstanding and the possibilities are endless.
FEA DB-CL and Sonic Research St-300 Mini complete the setup.
Evidence Audio SIS Monorail patch cables.
Everything is powered by a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power Digital.
No noise, except when I play my bass

I'm blown away by the orbit. Been on a flanger hunt since stupidly ditching my MIJ FL9. This is just brilliant and the chorus setting is just that! having the favourite switch is a stroke of genius. Flanger hunt over.
