Discovered the Flemington Guitar Shop recently and dropped by today.
I'm only 15 minutes away, moved up here one year ago, and never knew the store was there, even though I pass within a quarter mile of it three days a week!
Quite a few basses there...more than some of the other shops I frequent.

This shop used to be quite small pre covid; I remember peeking in the glass during trips to the pool hall that's set up next door when I would go there with friends. Checked up recently on them on a whim recently only to find a massive inventory spike, and made plans for a visit.

Brought down my L2500 for a check on electronics and a set up. Gentleman behind the counter had a 3 bolt G&L on the counter as I walked in. Felt oddly comforting since I was dropping off mine. Sick little store with a staggering amount of inventory. Got to play around for a bit while drooling on some of their vintage Ric's.

Got the instrument back in about 2 days. Anthony the owner/tech got the problem resolved on the bass (something was touching somewhere, easy fix thankfully) and did a set up work that was pretty much perfect for me. I'd like to give him some more work before I'm completely sold, but I'm making plans to give him some more stuff very soon. It looks like he does his own in house brand too. I hope the best for him!
