Probably too many transactions there, but that speaks to their position on top of the 'online retailers' food chain in my opinion ... my dentist loves them too ... a few too many Bit'O Honeys I am afraid ...
I’ve been dealing with Dave Brow at Sweetwater for well over a decade- their commitment to customer service is industry standard IMHO. Highly recommended.

I'll say....I bought a strap and they called me once a month for 4 years. I'd shop there over GC any day.
They were calling me & sending catalogs. I finally got them to stop, after three attempts.
I buy a lot, they don't bother me. I only get called if necessary. Top company, the only business I trust 100%.
Sweetwater is my first choice when buying new stuff.
