Am I losing my mind? Is there anyone else here that's never had/heard of a carnitas taco? Wow. Ok. I will sit here in utter amazement. Carry on.

I miss the Wahoo fish taco place in Costa Mesa. Them was good!
The one on Placentia, near 19th St.?
Man Bob, you must be like me. Here are some of my previous composition titles:
-"Super Silky Snausages"
-"The City of Clocks and Blocks"
-"Cinnamon Taxi"
That's a good one. My roommate in college managed that restaurant. There's a good one on Bristol too. Also on Main Street in HB. Or so I've heard anyway.![]()

IIRC, the Placentia restaurant is the original location. I live about a mile and a half from it. It's also really close to QSC's original location, so it's very popular with some of the long-timers here. If my wife liked Mexican food more, I'd be bringing home take-out from there for dinner a couple times a week.
That's my favorite too. It's about 5 minutes from my house too. QSC is over the hill from Costco right?
Yeah. The "hill" is actually a bridge, though.![]()

Hey, it is southern California.
I used to live in Fountain Valley. I noticed it wasn't a valley, and there was no fountain. It's a very pastoral-sounding name, though; it makes you almost forget that much of the town is paved.
