+1 no shortage of delusions there!

Back when I lived in Connecticut I joked to some friends that I sometimes buy jeans personalized with my last name. They laughed at the mock narcissism. "Lee Jeans, haha …"

Then I moved to Orange County. Nothing beats recycling a joke with a fresh audience, so I repeated it to some locals I'd gotten to know. Instead of laughing, they asked, "Huh … where do you get that done, Bob? Isn't that already a trademark?" I guess the concept just did not seem ridiculous to them.

I used to live on Cabrillo St., off Newport Blvd. 1 block up from 17th. Right where the traffic choppers make their u-turn to go back up the 55.

When was that? We could've had duelling EB-0's in Costa Mesa.

The best fish tacos on the planet are in a little town north of Cabo San Lucas, Baja Mexico. The town is called Todos Santos. The stand is called Pillar's Fish Tacos. Amazing. We were camping at a little right-hander point break called El Pescador, and we drove into town everyday for a week straight to each lunch at Pillar's Fish Tacos. I wonder how Pillar is doing.

I did a tour in 2005 that took me to the midwest a lot...Anyone ever eat at a Taco Johns? I miss that place sooo much!

You have no idea what a real taco is guys, I mean, I've been many times in the states, even lived one year in canada, and every time i've been there i've tried "american tacos" and let me tell you, you dont know what a taco is till you come to mexico and have a real taco.

I wish I owned an EB-0! I lived on Cabrillo from 1980 to summer 1993. Used to play at the Mustang Ranch and the Crystal Saloon quite a bit, and ate at Mi Casa dozens of times.
