I have vegetable stock. Don't know how I'll use it, though.
Have you ever tried Cuban-made turkey?
Nope, we're doing surf and turf this thanksgiving. Alaskan King crab and prime rib for the main course with mincemeat pie for dessert.
What is Cuban made turkey?
Lots of spices involved. Stuffing is made a little differently, too. Has more of a kick.
Will this coming Thanksgiving be your first time trying Alaskan king crab?
Nope, we have it on special occasions. We usually try something different each thanksgiving. In past years we've had goose, lamb, duck, elk, deer, ham, salmon, shark, and yes even turkey. I like spicy food so Cuban turkey sounds interesting, maybe next year.
Extended family for thanksgiving or just immediate family members?
This year, it's a bit different. We are splitting Thanksgiving week with both my wife's family and mine. They're in two neighboring towns inaccessible by road! This'll be fun...
