Of course not . . . that would involve knowledge, experience, and the subsequent ability to competently analyze the circuits; as well as compare and contrast variable tonal attributes . . . which is not the purpose of this thread, and far beyond its scope of sensational innuendo.
An alternative to a detailed design analysis would be to simply measure the preamp gain and frequency response curves of the two amps. This is non-invasive and can be done with PC software.
