I noticed that BSO does not sell carrots. Rather sad.

Okay, can you tell me how? I just registered on the site, but could find nowhere in account setup to do that. I explored the site, and still found nothing.
I recall seeing someone on here that had a business that sold strings and such. Anyone know who that is?

All this nice talk about Jason is all well and good, but I have a bone to pick. The last set of strings he sold me keep making mistakes! What kind of customer service is that???

I do what I can to make things right. Even if someone orders the wrong set I do a swap and not ask for extra shipping... Just ask for the item be sent back.
I do have compressors, and pitch changing devices to help tone
IIRC, when I "signed up" the process was to contact Jason (don't remember if it was via IM here on TB, via his email, or some other way), tell him you'd like to register as a VIP as a Talkbass member, and give him your Talkbass screenname. When you actually place your order, then you'll see the VIP discount applied. For my first few orders I also mentioned my Talkbass ID in the Comments section of the order form and that I should be eligible for the VI Pricing, but then I stopped doing that because I saw I was getting the discount each time.
Yeah, sorry for not mentioning that in my previous post. I had forgotten that it wasn't something I did on the BSO web site.

I have a set of Ultralites coming in tomorrow from BSO as well. Bit of dick around with Hipshot taking their swee a$$ time and shipping them to the wrong place, but Jason has been fast with his responses and more than fair when attempting to remedy the situation. Definite thumbs up from me.
I do everything I can to get items out the door faster. In some cases we may drop ship IF the manufacturer allows for it. Sometimes it works out really smoothly... Other times it doesn't... Will always do what I can do make things happen!
Thanks again! I work on the Retailer side of the music industry as well. I'm well aware that 9/10 it's the manufacturer's fault. No complaints here.
