i'm just happy to meet other bass geeks. i end up playing with a LOT of metal bands. and usually the bass player is just..... not........ up to the TB level. awesome to see any of y'all in person. i've learned so much about gear and technique and keeping a professional attitude from this site. love this place.

CRAP! i don't know how i forgot Bryan R (the R is for RAD) Tyler. all the mods do a great, hard job and make TB the haven from internet silliness that it is. but B-Tiggy is the MAN.

he helped me way too much when i was super enamored of his Ultimate Bypass Looper setup and tried to emulate it. it ended up not being for me, but he answered a ridiculous amount of questions from somebody he didn't know at all. thanks!

.... and the man can PLAY.

i kinda want to be him when i grow up.

that, or marry an alternative timeline daughter of JimmboM's and inherit all of his tubey goodnes.

Super colossal props to Grygrx and Bongomania for always being at the cutting (sometimes chopping and bleeding) edge of my GAS addiction, even long after I've said that I have no GAS.

I've also got to thank Vegas532 for taking the time to meet up with me and bum around downtown Pomona for a few hours. (good times indeed I say!) The entire PYPB crew who constantly amaze me with their pedal board setups, all of the people who are running or have run tourboxes (two of which are currently in my possession... clips to come soon ), and everyone who posts about the prospects of seeing new or interesting pedals that I have never heard of before, but instantly want.

Maybe this thread should go on tour to different forums on TB so people who are dedicated to a particular form of GAS (uh, I mean learning and sharing) and don't frequent FX will get a chance to participate.
