TC Flashback Mini Delay 2 latency issue.

Hey TBers!

I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. After rearranging my pedalboard the other day, my TC FB M2 now has latency from when I pluck a string to when noise is audibly heard through my amp. I have it setup for simple dotted eighth note style play. However, the latency causes my playing vs the sound coming out of the amp to not line up, making it virtually impossible to play with a drummer or to a click. I noticed that if I pile on a bunch of gain and volume in front of it I can hear a small "sputter" when I pluck, but the actual audio still comes through late. I have another delay on the same board, the EHX Canyon, which works just fine on all of its settings.

Things I've tried:
- Moving the pedal to it's old position in the chain.
- Moving the pedal off the pedalboard and going straight to the amp.
- Switching cables and power supply.
- Resetting the Tone Print back to default as well as trying some other presets.
- Trying the pedal with different instruments.

My local music shop expert/pedal builder suggested checking the dip switches inside the pedal which I haven't done yet. It requires star shaped hex wrench I've yet to find. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the help gang! I know I have some little torx around somewhere. I bought them to get into the guts of a laptop.

My next question is... how? How did that dip switch get changed? How did I go from happily playing with a setting/sound I like to that happening? Seems unlikely that a dip switch would get flipped from just removing the pedal from velcro.

I guess you have found out by now that the Mini doesn't have dip switches, it has to be done through the Toneprint Editor app.
Attention to detail is apparantly not the forte of 21st Century man!

Have you tried reloading the used Toneprints to the pedal.

I have a Sub'N'Up Mini who suddenly started to only emit white noise when engaged, reloaded the Toneprint I used on it an it worked again perfectly.


Edit!: Sorry, didn't read the OP properly, seems you already tried that.
