But I have to wait until my current rig is sold first. I recently placed an add on my local craigslist and had my hopes up thinking it would be sold by now, but still not even a nibble. Times are tough I guess. Club Bass in Toronto has a really great sale that ends soon so I hope I can get an RH450 with a 212 before then.

That's a good looking rig, ^^ and it 'looks loud' to me.
Question to the thread, anyone like using the headphone jack on the RH450? Headphones is one way I like to practice, but have been a little dismayed lately to learn that the "aux in" that someone could run an MP3 player or computer output or whatever immediately cancels the signal to the cab and outputs to headphones only. Not a deal breaker, but sometimes I like to play along with things, metronomes, drum tracks, jam tracks, Marlowe DK tracks, etc, through the speakers. Right now, my little Line 6 actually is able to do this. I figure I will just have to get some louder speakers for my computer to keep up with the RH...

I am coming INCREDIBLY close to pulling the trigger. This will happen. Then I will be a proud club member, complete with photos! PEACE y'all!:bassist:

You are correct.the headphone jack shuts down the cabs. i use my ipod connected to the input with my headphone ,i wish i had the option to cut out cabs or not . but it works great for practiceing without disturbing the rest of the house .

Thanks for the response on that. And like I wrote earlier, I will just have to figure out a way to make my computer a little louder. And again, just based on all the research and threads, this seems to be the head and cabs me...
