Hi

Use it one on my pedalboard in front of a GK MB500.
My pedals are : Boss LS-2 to mix little clean and A loop . And the Leeds is in the A loop.
Also in the A loop is a behringer BDI 21 which is my favorite pedal of all time ( and cheapest ).

SO if I want a tuby grindy but not too much, I turn the BDI21 on. Natural midscoop and drived presence and good basses
If I want a more agressive drived tone, à la Geddy Lee ( those recent lives) or Entwistle Leeds , I turn the Leeds ON .

But I have trouble to find really good tones with my jazz played with the two pickups.
Quite harsh sounding, and I don t get the bass knob . The low strings are not bass heavy but the high strings are waaay to bass heavy , when I compare to my clean tone or BDI21 tone. Hard to find a good compromise.

I use it like this :

Medium : just a little bit lower than noon
Character : between 9 and 11 o clock
Drive : between noon and 1 o clock ( too harsh otherwise)
Bass : between 10 and 11:30 o clock
Trebles: between 10 and 11:30 o clock


But with only my neck pickup it s Perfect.
Did someone also get this hard setting with a Jazz ?
Seems to be designed for a P bass.
Or a P is designed for this tone
Or this tone is designed for Entwistle live at Leeds ( really ? )
