how many I own now, or how many I HAVE owned?

If it's now, I can't be in this club.

If it's including the past tense, I'll need five memberships.

Clubs, clubs, clubs...;)

count me in..
ive got...

a sr506 ibanez

a musicman s.u.b

and then...
a hondo acoustic with a broken truss rodd'd, found in band practice room it was left by the old bassist i replaced. like 3cm action on it.

an encore pbass (my first bass ever, its horrible.)

and i think a hondo electric pbass.. not sure. bought for €2.50 from a friend. tried repairing the neck on it, and succeded but then shortly after stepped on the neck and snapped it again :hmm: its been in a closet since

pictures to come at some point if i can, i need to get a photo of all of them together for full effect. :smug:

Here are my 6:

1. Custom handmade Moser Custom Shop Arachnid Ultra - this baby was custom built to my specs, right down to the neck dimensions and bullethole inlays. The "Pure Evil" is actually carved into the body, hehehe... She is the most amazing instrument I've had the pleasure of playing/owning... by FAR! :D

ArachnidULTRAFull.gif

2. 1986 B.C. Rich handmade USA Ironbird - This bass was refurbed for me. In the process, I had the electronics customized (you'll never see another Ironbird bass with the full Mockingbird electronics package in this layout), and had it painted black with silver bevels. It's a great playing and sounding bass.

Clammybird2.gif

3 and 4. 1984 (on the right) and 1985 B.C. Rich handmade USA Warlocks - both basses are stock except for the pickups, which I changed out to DiMarzio X2N-Bs

DSCF0003a.gif

5. 2001 Gibson Blackbird - A great bass that is completely stock!

2001-Gibson-Blackbird2.gif

6. 1976 Rickenbacker 4001 - my first bass. The bridge pickup is a DiMarzio X2N-B, and the neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan (not sure of the model). Otherwise, she's stock. This bass sounds awesome through any amp.

I own the following Basses:

1972 Fender P-bass Ash body, maple neck (I got this in 1975 and did some modifications unfortunately - who knew back then that it would be worth so much now. Otherwise it would be worth a small fortune now because it is in mint condition in every other way.)
1991 Alembic SC Deluxe with amber finish (I'll never sell this one)
2005 Fender Geddy Lee Jazz bass (these basses are under rated)
2008 Rickenbacker 4003
2007 Martin Acoustic Bass (these are great acoustic basses)

Sold 3 years ago:
First production G&L 2000E Fretless (198? I don't remember the exact year but I had the bass authenticated at G&L in 1988 I live close to the factory)
