Mine is November 1986
it is (according to what I can find out) a Hondo H-830 TT (fame series)
Made in Korea at the Samick factory rebadged and sold by Brashes (a defunct Australian music store).
The body is laminated nato (not plywood, 'laminated' that's completely different) with Flame Maple veneer
It has Grover Titan tuning machines and a very nice bridge with high-mass Brass saddles.
I picked it up second hand when I was but a teenager & while it is not my regular bass, it gets regular use as I often loan it out to the kids of friends when they express an interest in learning bass.
